Yes, completely. No account, no credit card, no expiry. The plugin and app are free to download and the core local streaming features remain free forever. Pro is an optional upgrade for engineers who need remote access, advanced analysis tools, and recording. If you only need local monitoring, you'll never need to pay anything.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
The 7-day free trial is available on the annual Auxfeed Pro plan for new subscribers. You get full Pro access immediately. If you cancel before the 7 days are up, you won't be charged. Only one free trial per Apple ID or Google account. The trial is not available for monthly subscriptions.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Monthly: $9.99/month, charged monthly. No free trial. Cancel anytime — access ends at the period end.
Annual: $79/year (equivalent to $6.58/month). Includes 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Save 34% vs monthly.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed entirely by the App Store or Google Play.
iOS: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Auxfeed → Cancel.
Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Auxfeed → Cancel.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Pro access until that date.
Can I get a refund?
All purchase transactions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Refunds are handled by the platform per their policies.

Google: Request a refund through the Google Play Help Center.
Is Pro available on both platforms?
Yes. Auxfeed Pro is available on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). Subscriptions are platform-specific — an iOS purchase won't grant Pro on Android and vice versa.
How does remote streaming work?
With Pro, the plugin generates a 6-digit pairing code. Enter it in the app from any network — home, hotel, anywhere — and the audio routes through the Auxfeed relay server. No VPN, no static IP, no router configuration required.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, the app reverts to Free. All your recorded WAV files remain on your device.
