These Terms of Service govern your use of Auxfeed software and services provided by Payette Forward, Inc. By using Auxfeed, you agree to these Terms.

Use of Service

Auxfeed provides real-time audio streaming software including a DAW plugin, mobile receiver apps, and an optional relay server. You may use Auxfeed for personal and professional audio monitoring purposes.

Free and Pro Tiers

Auxfeed offers a free tier with local Wi-Fi streaming and basic features. Auxfeed Pro is a paid subscription that adds remote streaming, advanced metering, and additional monitoring tools. Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our website, and are subject to the respective platform terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; Android: Play Store > Subscriptions). Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; use the service for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems; redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software.

Intellectual Property

Auxfeed and all related software, designs, and content are the property of Payette Forward, Inc. All rights reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software as provided.

Audio Data

Audio streamed through Auxfeed is transmitted in real-time and is not stored by us. Local Wi-Fi streaming stays on your network. Relay streaming passes through our servers but is not recorded or retained.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Auxfeed is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Audio latency and quality depend on network conditions beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payette Forward, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Auxfeed, including but not limited to loss of audio data, missed recording sessions, or equipment damage.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Auxfeed after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
