This Privacy Policy explains how Payette Forward, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use Auxfeed.

Information We Collect

Auxfeed uses PostHog for product analytics. Our analytics integration is cookieless and does not collect personally identifiable information (PII). We collect anonymous usage events — such as app opens and feature interactions — solely to understand how Auxfeed is used and to improve the product. No user identity is linked to these events.

Audio Data

Audio streamed through Auxfeed is transmitted in real time and is never stored on our servers. When streaming over your local Wi-Fi network, audio stays entirely on that network and does not pass through Auxfeed infrastructure. When using the remote relay (relay.auxfeed.com), audio is forwarded in real time and is not logged or retained.

Subscription Data

If you subscribe to Auxfeed Pro, your subscription is processed through RevenueCat. Payment details are handled entirely by RevenueCat and your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). We receive only your subscription entitlement status — we do not store payment card numbers, billing addresses, or other financial information.

What We Do Not Collect

  • No personal information (name, email, phone number) is collected unless you explicitly provide it to contact support
  • No audio recordings are made or stored
  • No third-party advertising networks or tracking pixels are used
  • No cookies are set by our analytics

Data Retention

Anonymous analytics data is retained for 12 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data retention to report.

Your Rights

If you believe any data is associated with your use of Auxfeed and would like it deleted, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Auxfeed after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
